Arise Africa International is a ministry organization located in Jinja, Uganda that serves the people of Uganda both in the cities and in the villages. It is a locally-operated ministry with the mission of showing the love of Christ to people in Uganda and around the world. Through various types of activities, Arise Africa works to change Uganda for the better. Such areas of work include: working with orphans, medical missions, AIDS ministry, schools, churches, and the Bukaleba project. Arise Africa will own and operate the children's center. Arise Africa Director, Godfrey Wanamitsa, and the Arise Africa staff are extremely dedicated and loving people who will see that the orphanage does what it is intended to do.

We are also partnering with EMI (Engineering Ministries International) (www.emiworld.org ) to oversee the planning, design, and construction of the children's center.
